Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in data entry or data management is preferred.

Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly desirable.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Dependability: Must have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Team Environment: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and contribute positively.

Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input data into systems from various sources, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer and property records to ensure they are current and precise.

Verification: Regularly verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents and seek clarification when necessary.

Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to enable easy access and retrieval.

Report Generation: Assist in generating reports as required by different departments, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
