Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a call center or customer service role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a warm and approachable tone.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound calls, providing a positive and inviting experience while resolving customer queries and concerns.

Problem Solving: Address customer issues efficiently, providing prompt resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and transaction details into the system, maintaining up-to-date records.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of B&K Luxury Estates' offerings to provide accurate information and guidance to callers.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products that may benefit the caller, enhancing customer value.

Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback during interactions and report notable trends or issues to the supervisor for further review.
