Event Coordination: Assist in planning and managing luxury events to ensure seamless execution.
Vendor Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to secure necessary services and supplies for events.
Guest Relations: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Logistical Support: Handle various event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the event day.
Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events, creating and distributing marketing materials to maximize attendance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
