Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required, associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a positive and helpful attitude.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress code policy.

Responsibilities

Reception Management: Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of B&K Luxury Estates.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Customer Assistance: Address inquiries and provide information to clients, guiding them to the appropriate services or personnel as needed.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring client information is updated and readily accessible.

Office Organization: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and reception.

Collaboration: Work closely with the estate management team to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the office.
