Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills are necessary for effective client engagement.

Problem-solving: Ability to promptly resolve customer issues and concerns.

Customer-centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Technical Prowess: Familiarity with customer service software and phone systems.

Location: Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide courteous and efficient service to customers inquiring about our luxury estates.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly.

Information Dissemination: Furnish clients with information regarding property listings, viewings, and availability.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to improve the customer service experience and escalate issues as necessary.

Data Entry: Accurately update customer information in our system after each interaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and accurate information flow.
