Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Customer Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations calmly.

Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with time management skills.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service and engage with clients through various communication channels.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of B&K Luxury Estates' offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Document Management: Accurately record client interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service and build a supportive work environment.
