Commercial Insurance Advisor


Job Overview

AUM Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency located at San Leandro California. We are specialised in providing customised Commercial Insurance solutions to businesses of small to medium sizes.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Commercial Insurance Advisor to work REMOTE and join our growing organisation. Our goal is to build up goodwill, strong relationships and enhance our professional reputation in the market.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts is a must.

2. Must be experienced with multiple carrier underwriters and online rating portals

3 Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance

4. Ezlynx knowledge preferable.

5. Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

6. Proven ability to work with goals and achieve monthly sales targets

7. Demonstrate ability to communicate, influence, and sell effectively

8. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in building long-lasting relationships.

9. Minimum educational qualification required is High school degree and a Spanish speaking candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities


As a Commercial Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their risk exposures, and providing customised insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, carriers, MGAs and be committed to providing exceptional and prompt client service.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to source suitable quote for new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage for the client.

2. Breed productive relationships to create a pool of additional leads from referrals and networking.

3. Analyse client information and conduct risk assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage and limits.

4. Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

5. Identify, compile and manage data regarding account renewals and payment follow-up on a daily basis and update on Ezlynx CRM

6. Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure comprehensive and cost-effective coverage for clients.

7. Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
