Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain a State Insurance License (we will guide you through this process!).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Learn the Industry: Gain a deep understanding of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, etc.) through our comprehensive training program.
• Build Relationships: Reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that protect what matters most to them.
• Provide Solutions: Use a consultative approach to help families and individuals find the right coverage.
• Grow Your Network: Attend local events and use social media to build your personal brand and agency presence.
