Aubrey Maxie-Farmers Insurance Agency in Spring, Texas, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need.

Salary Range: $11.00 - $13.00 per year
Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Generating insurance quotes.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
