Greet guests, listen to their concerns about their vehicle, and gather detailed information about their vehicle issues.
Ensure guests remain updated during the process of repairs.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Identify the problem or repair needed, by asking open ended questions, or by conduction a visual inspection.
Prepare repair order in the CRM software, outlining the needed services and costs.
Explain the nature of potential repairs and maintenance needs in a clear and understandable manner.
Consult with technicians to determine the best course of action and explain the situation to the guests.
Provide the guests with accurate cost estimates for repairs and services.
Manage customer workflow.
Some scheduling of service appointments will be required from time to time.
Assist guests with their questions and concerns.
Process payments, collect customer signatures, and obtain necessary authorizations for repairs.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM as well as service history.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products that benefit the customer.
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet sales targets.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with completed services.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep manufacturer training up to date.
