Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in auto sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering positive client relationships.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve team and customer concerns effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Flexibility: Available to work weekends and evenings as required by the dealership's schedule.

Responsibilities
