In this role, you will be responsible for following up on paid internet leads, winbacks and requotes, using proven processes to quote and sell personal and commercial policies to prospective clients. You will take a consultative approach to recommend the products that will help them protect what matters most to them. Your prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of various insurance products will ensure that you are able to provide the best experience to our clients.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Base Salary Plus Commission. Entry-level candidates start with a Base Salary of $40,000 and will make at least $30,000 in additional commissions. Experienced candidates start with a Base Salary of $50,000 and top earners make an average of $40,000 in additional commissions.

MUST RESIDE IN COLORADO
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Cold calling experience
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
Able to work with minimal supervision

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
