• Previous sales experience preferred
• Active insurance license- Property and Casualty OR Life and Health (or willing to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Stay up to date on products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
