Job Overview
The Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet the needs of individuals and businesses.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, coachable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license PREFERRED or willing to obtain
- Prior sales experience
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented – driven to meet and exceed targets without constant supervision
- Strong communication skills – able to build rapport quickly and explain coverage clearly
- Resilient & persistent – comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent in prospecting
- Entrepreneurial mindset – takes ownership of results and treats the role like a business
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, calls and community engagement
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and service
- Cross-sell and upsell additional coverage to existing clients
- Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor
