In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, providing information on our products, and ensuring they receive top-tier service at every interaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve handling inquiries regarding insurance policies, including details about coverage, benefits, and premiums. You will help clients navigate through the process of filing claims and understanding policy changes. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, thereby upholding the reputation of Asa Smith Agency as a leader in customer service within the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
