Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is a bonus but if you don’t have it we will train you and will pay for the licensing costs.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is a bonus but if you don’t have it we will train you and will pay for the licensing costs.

Responsibilities
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
