Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims reporting
• Review and update client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide quotes and information on insurance products to potential clients
