Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of Farmers insurance products vs all competitors, and assist them in choosing the right coverage options.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships/attitudes through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
