**Insurance Customer Service Rep $65k–$90k/yr | Full-time | Active CA P&C license required**

We're Archer Insurance Agency — an established Farmers Insurance agency with offices in Westlake Village and Farragut, TN. Our California office is growing, and we're looking for a licensed CSR who genuinely enjoys the service side of this business.

• Our sales team is focused on bringing in new business and handling renewals. You'd be the person who makes sure everything behind that runs smoothly — policy changes, service alerts, billing issues, inbound calls, and keeping our CRM clean and current. You're not chasing sales. You're making the operation hum.

• Active CA Property & Casualty license (required)
• 2+ years insurance customer service experience
• Personal lines background preferred
• In-office, 7 AM–4 PM PT, Monday–Friday

**A typical day:**

• Work service alerts from the morning queue
• Process adds/moves/changes (ADM) on personal lines policies
• Handle billing and non-pay calls with patience and accuracy
• Take inbound calls and support walk-ins when they happen
• Document everything in our agency management system
• Close your day with a clean task list
