High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.

Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance requirements.

Provide accurate and timely quotes for various insurance products.

Educate clients about policy options, coverage limits, and exclusions.

Assist clients with the claims process and provide ongoing support.

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.

Participate in community outreach and networking events to promote the agency.
