Salary Range: $28,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 weeks
- Must be comfortable with sales, prospecting, and commission-based income
- Must have a strong desire to pursue business ownership and long-term career growth
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Quote, present, and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies
- Provide excellent customer service by reviewing coverage, answering questions, and handling policy changes
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
- Learn daily agency operations, including marketing, underwriting basics, and retention strategies
- Work closely with a mentor agent to develop sales, leadership, and business management skills
- Participate in training, coaching sessions, and professional development activities
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
