In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
• Providing tailored advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage options
• Assisting clients in assessing risks and offering suitable insurance solutions
• Cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client portfolios
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Staying updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance sales or a related commission-based sales field is required for this role, and an active insurance license in Tennessee is also required.

Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
