Our agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and informed. You'll wear multiple hats as both a receptionist managing front desk operations and a customer service representative addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
