Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage
  • Advocating for clients by asking the tough questions that can change their future
  • Resolving client issues using our carrier resources
  • Recommending suitable solutions to clients once licensed
  • Working in a team-based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
  • Participating in our merit-based performance culture where employees are empowered to take charge of their career
Responsibilities

Here’s what you can expect:



  • You enter a paid 6-month training program
  • You work inside a high-performing insurance agency
  • You’re provided with leads and training
  • You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
  • You are coached daily and held to a high standard
  • You build the skills required to run a profitable agency



All of this training and support, while you’re on the Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program.


At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.
