We are looking for an experienced Office Manager and Sales Lead with a valid insurance property and casualty license and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products and sales processes.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Valid insurance property and casualty and life and health licenses.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Monitor daily sales activities, including tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

Resolving escalated customer concerns in a timely manner.

Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed.

Listen to phone calls and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement.

Manage team schedules, managing PTO requests, and ensuring adequate coverage.

Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded by the team.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
