Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• You’re a people-person through and through—friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to.

• You’re a great communicator who can stay calm and positive under pressure.

• You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.

• Customer service experience is a big plus; insurance knowledge or a license is even better (but we can help you get there!).

• Helping with questions about policies, billing, claims, and more—always with a smile.

• Translating “insurance speak” into plain English that actually makes sense!

• Updating customer info and keeping things organized.

• Following up with customers to make sure they’re happy and everything’s been taken care of.

• Working closely with the rest of our fun, supportive team to keep things running smoothly.
