Is this a commission-only position?
Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.
What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

1. Generate New Business Through Prospecting & Networking
Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community engagement to grow the agency's book of business.
2. Quote and Bind Insurance Policies Accurately
Prepare and present insurance quotes, explain coverages to prospects, and process new business applications for auto, home, life, and/or commercial insurance.
3. Cross-Sell and Upsell Insurance Products
Assess client needs and recommend additional coverage options to improve protection and increase policy value (e.g., bundling auto/home or adding life insurance).
4. Manage and Retain Existing Clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and excellent service to encourage renewals and referrals.
5. Meet Sales and Performance Goals
Consistently meet or exceed individual and agency sales targets, while maintaining compliance with state and company regulations.
