• Previous insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Insurance license is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
