We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As a Insurance Sales Producer you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Insurance Sales Producer will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Insurance Sales Producer you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- AZ Property & Casualty license prefered
- AZ Life & Health License preferred
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using modern technology tools and software to enhance sales performance.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales that secure new insurance contracts across various lines including auto, life, home, and more.
- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and financial plans.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Generating insurance quotes and close the sale
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
