We have several agents in the East Valley and Phoenix looking for staff to help grow their agencies! Looking for someone who is goal driven, quick on the keyboard, and has attention to detail.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

• Skilled typing required (30+ wpm)
• NOT a remote position
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Property & Casualty License not required at time of hire. Will be required after probationary period (provided by agent)
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)

• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
• Data entry to build a quote for home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business
• Outbound calling
• Capable of handling customer rejection
• Help build a positive, team-focused atmosphere within the agency
