Farmers Insurance is actively seeking a dedicated and highly motivated INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our valley offices with day time shift variations, evenings off, and weekends as needed.

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative - Sales Account Executive, you'll work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple Property & Casualty personal line products. You will assist members with new and existing Farmers Insurance policies to deepen their relationship with the company.The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty licensing
  • Willingness to obtain Life and Health licensing
  • Experience providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Time Management Skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
  • Answering Inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
  • Identify, evaluate and understand needs to consistently provide complete, accurate advice, and solutions for insurance products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic work environments
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office/floor
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task challenges
  • Autonomous and independent worker
  • High stress tolerance for a demanding yet rewarding role
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
