We’re looking for a Recruiter to lead an effective talent acquisition strategy for our company. You are responsible for implementing recruitment processes for all job vacancies and hiring employees. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to help potential candidates to join our team, along with a degree of organizational ability. As a Recruiter you will need to ensure that the recruitment process is followed at all times to help maintain the quality of hires. Ultimately, the goal of your work is to find the right person for the right person for the position, and help get them on the path to success.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Grow a successful agent footprint in district
• Assist agents with recruiting agency staff and proteges
• Complete Agency Development tracking reports
• Work with college/university career departments to set up job fairs & other opportunities
• Maintain all job boards & job postings as well as social media recruiting
• Partner with District Manager to build digital presence (Google, Social Media, Website, etc)
• Assist New Agents/Agencies to complete licensing, and training
• Partner with District Manager & Agency Business Consultant to identify qualified Protégé candidates
• Partner with Agency Business Consultant to ensure Protégé agent are successful during their training period
• Promote All-Lines growth through creating a sales culture
