• Four-year college degree highly preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Previous sales or account management experience required.

• The ideal candidate will have basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• The Customer Service Representative must be willing to obtain insurance Licenses.

• The Customer Service Representative will be marketing for new business policies.

• The Customer Service Representative must enjoy marketing via phone, social media, and networking.

• The Customer Service Representative must cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers.

• The Customer Service Representative must perform general customer service duties as presented.

• The Customer Service Representative must perform other duties as assigned.

• The Customer Service Representative must be able to multitask and be goal oriented.

• The Customer Service Representative must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• The Customer Service Representative Must Accept feedback when offered and work well with others.
