Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Excellent Communication with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle extensive questions and concerns.
- No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives.
- Develop insurance quotes, perform sales presentations, and secure new business.
- Process customer change requests.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
