What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose insurance solutions tailored to their needs
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand goals, budgets, and current coverage
• Build long-term relationships with clients that prioritize service, clarity, and retention
• Hit or exceed personal and team sales benchmarks with consistency and professionalism
• Use CRM tools to track leads, log activity, and maintain compliance standards
• Stay up to date on changing industry products, underwriting trends, and Florida regulations
• Share client insights and market feedback with leadership to improve our service and strategy

Qualifications

• Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter mindset with high accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, digital quoting tools, and video conferencing

• Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively in a sales or customer service environment
• Comfortable working in a remote, self-directed setting with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve
• Prior insurance or financial services experience is a plusbut not required
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States

Consult and Advise: Engage prospective and existing clients through warm leads and inbound inquiries, identifying insurance needs and guiding them to personalized coverage solutions.

Quote and Close: Prepare accurate, competitive quotes using modern digital tools, and confidently close sales while ensuring full compliance and ethical standards.

Client Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive policy reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Performance-Driven Execution: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to team growth and your own career advancement.

Lead Management: Efficiently organize, track, and follow up on leads using CRM systems, maintaining clear documentation and compliance with all state and company standards.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on Floridas evolving insurance landscape, including carrier changes, underwriting trends, and regulatory updates that affect client offerings.

Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and shared training initiatives, offering insights and best practices to elevate group performance.
