Veteran salesperson or not...you first learn our selling system. You are instructed by seasoned professionals on how to bury the incumbent agent and take the business by BOR. Within one week you are on the phone booking appointments, accompanied by our season Producers. in the initial meeting.
You will be given a learning plan tailored to your insurance experience. You will be expected to achieve a CRIS,, TRIP or CIC designation within the first three years.
If all goes to plan, your book of business should yield you a W2 of 300k to 400k in 6 years with an equity position in your book.
