Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs

Skills & Traits:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
  • Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system
  • Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service

Industry Focus: Interest in working with businesses that pay $50,000 – $1,000,000 annually in premiums

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients, with a focus on transportation and construction businesses.
  • Consult with business owners to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions.
  • Collaborate with our experienced account managers to ensure top-tier service for your clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, coverage options, and market opportunities.
  • Follow a proven sales system designed for long-term success.
