We are seeking individuals interested in beginning a new career within insurance who want a long-term career path.
As our newest sales associate, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve your personal goals. We’ll get you confident in initiating conversations via phone, sharing product knowledge, identifying customer needs, and closing sales.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
• Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license and eventually the life & health Ins. license.
• Have a strong commitment to success and achieving personal goals
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strives for success with a Go-Getter mentality
• U.S. Work authorization (Required)
• Billingual a Plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicating with our hot leads
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understanding prospect's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Ability to achieve high sales targets
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
