Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Licensing Requirement: Must obtain specific insurance licenses within a given timeframe.
