Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative


Job Overview

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who holds a valid Property & Casualty license (4-40 or 2-20). The CSR position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, changing mortgagee clauses, calling customers for various service activities, endorsing policies. 

4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 License required

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE CONSIDERED. YOU WILL RECEIVE UPON APPLYING.
  • A Property & Casualty license is Required.
  • Requirements include exceptional phone voice and phone etiquette. Must have professional appearance and have a cheerful, positive attitude. 
  • Must be willing to work as a team member in all situations, must be detail oriented with the foresight to solve the customer issue in one call.
  • Must take a personality assessment first to move to the interview process, you will be sent a link once you apply.
  • Bilingual ; preferred but not required.
  • Likelihood of job offer contingent on problem solving test score.
Responsibilities
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
