Looking for an exceptional operations manager to run day to day of a busy Allstate insurance agency. Manage and supervise 2-4 staff. Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 per year
Base Salary: $70,000/year
Percentage of Agency Annual Bonus
Bonuses based on agency sales and meeting agency goals
Monday - Friday and no weekends or evenings

Management experience required
