Pay is based on prior experience and does have additional bonus opportunities available beyond hourly pay.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must have or be willing to obtain prior to starting
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Responsibilities

A successful customer service and sales representative will:

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
