Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- A service-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
- Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred - previous Farmers Insurance experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable support
- Review existing policies and identify opportunities to better protect customers’ personal and business needs
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage explanations
- Proactively reach out to ensure clients feel supported and informed—not just at renewal time, but year-round
- Work closely with the agency team to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
