Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is essential for this position, but not essential to apply.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a drive to meet and surpass client expectations.
  • Reliability: Ability to consistently deliver quality work in an in-office setting at our Oakland County location.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with team members, contributing positively to a supportive office environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory: Engage with clients to determine their insurance needs, providing expert advice and personalized solutions.
  • Sales: Promote and sell insurance policies to clients by tailoring packages to fit individual requirements.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Account Management: Maintain and manage existing client accounts while seeking to expand coverage when appropriate.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and updates in the insurance industry to better serve clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.
