Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required(we will train you to be the top performer!)

Property and Casualty License NOT REQUIRED but must be willing to obtain

Must speak both English and Spanish

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close.

Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Conduct product recommendations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.

Generate new business through inbound/outbound calls, referrals, and online leads

Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
