Ameriguard Agency Inc is excited to invite applications for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This position can be fully remote or based on our hybrid model of half the time in the office and half time at home.
We are looking for an experienced customer service representative for this role. This person will handle policy account reviews, process insurance applications, help with account problem solving, assist clients with updating policies, file and advise clients with claims handling, assist the rest of the service team where support is needed and have some fun. We do have fun at this office.

Licensing: Must have an active insurance license recognized in Minnesota or be willing to obtain it within a specified time frame.
Experience: Prior experience in the insurance customer service field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools and programs.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
