Base Salary starts at $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience. Plus, monthly commission and structured bonuses based on performance.

Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold an active Wisconsin Property, Casualty and Life Insurance license.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: A dedicated commitment to going above and beyond for clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, establishing a strong rapport to understand their insurance needs.
- Policy Management: Work with current clients with a focus on prospecting new clients and growing the agency.
- Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of different insurance products offered by the agency to provide informed recommendations.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed set sales targets by converting leads into committed insurance purchasers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their coverage and addressing any concerns.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals to grow client base and referrals.
