Job Description
The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is a licensed insurance producer who sells life insurance policies. This position is a W2 commission-based employee.
30-hour work week, Monday to Friday. No weekends and No holidays.
Objectives of this role
A Life Insurance Sales Specialist is responsible for contacting potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, explaining different policy options, and selling appropriate insurance plans by building rapport and understanding their financial situation, ultimately aiming to close sales and achieve goals through effective sales strategies.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or in person to discuss the company’s insurance offerings.
Explain various insurance policies and products to potential clients, guiding them toward the best option to meet their needs.
Issue quotes, maintain client records, prepare reports, and answer client questions about insurance plans and policies.
Build customized insurance policies and packages.
Close sales and bind insurance policies.
Achieve sales goals.
Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered.
Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
