Here at the Montez Agency, we are seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level.

The Montez Agency has been recongzied multiple times with award winning accomplishments and looking for the next team member to share those accomplishments with and help build staff members careers!

Wondering if this is commission only- Not at all! You will receive a base salary of $30,000 in addition to earning an aggressive tiered commission plan on top of that.

 

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Must have insurance sales experience
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
