• Answer all inbound calls and transfer calls as necessary
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Reach out to current clients for google reviews.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
